A recipe developed over 50 years ago (1969)! The head develops generously; it is compact and stable. Its slightly brownish color comes from the roasted barley. The beer has a deep ruby brown color. On the nose, the aromatic release is very intense. The botanicals contribute significantly to this appealing fragrance. The beer is well-rounded. The sweetness is produced by a synergistic combination of caramelised malts, carefully controlled fermentation, and a long cold maturation. The bitterness remains in the background; it supports a harmonious whole, built on the balance of its components.
